Luxury Bath (“Luxury”) products have been manufactured under the highest standards of quality and workmanship. Luxury Bath products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty as follows:
Warranty Details
Material Warranty: Luxury warrants to the original consumer purchaser (“Customer”) that the acrylic surface of its products will not materially fade, yellow, crack, bubble or peel under normal use so long as the Customer follows the care and maintenance guidelines set forth by Luxury. This warranty covers only those materials produced and sold by Luxury so long as those products are installed with the installation materials purchased from Luxury and will be void if any other installation materials are used.
Transferable Warranty: Customer may transfer this warranty to a buyer of Customer’s residence (“Buyer’) where the Product was installed provided the Buyer completes the acquisition of the residence within 2 years after the completion of installation of the Product, and provided the warranty has not been voided under any term set forth herein.
Workmanship Warranty: Luxury does not warrant any workmanship provided by the company installing Luxury products. Any warranty on workmanship must be provided by the company installing the Luxury product (Bath Source). This warranty is good for a period of 5 years on Luxury products installed in non-residential buildings (including hotels, industrial, commercial, and business).
Claim Process and Limitations
Claim Process: Any claim under this warranty must be accompanied by proof of purchase (original sales receipt) from the original Customer.
In the event of a warranty claim, Luxury Bath reserves the right to partially repair, completely replace or provide a full or partial refund, whichever Luxury Bath, Inc. deems appropriate in its discretion.
Exclusive Warranty: This warranty is the only warranty in regard to products sold by Luxury Bath.
Luxury Bath shall be responsible only for repairs, replacements, or a refund not to exceed the total amount paid for the product originally. Luxury will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
This warranty is void if installation is not completed by a certified Luxury Bath Installer (Bath Source).
