Our Bath Source showroom is at 1429 Crossways Blvd. (Suite C) in Chesapeake, Virginia – close to Summit Pointe and Greenbrier Mall. Our showroom hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, and by making an appointment outside these hours.

Bath Source's Process
We take pride in our work and processes.
It starts with having one of our design consultants visit you in your home. They will take measurements; look at the wet area that will be renovated; understand what you want to do with your remodel; show you design examples and discuss material, accessories, etc.; and then provide you with an estimate. All of that is free.
Once you are satisfied with your remodel, your assigned Project Coordinator will begin the process of ordering the custom-made pieces for your bath remodel.
After we receive your order in our warehouse, and perform a quality control inspection, the Project Coordinator will contact you and schedule your installation appointment.
Our installation team, which is comprised of Bath Source employees (we do not use subs; and all of our employees have passed a background check and a drug test before coming to work for us), as well as your assigned Project Manager, will come to your home to bring your bath remodel alive.
When your new bath remodel is finished, and you have gone over the final acceptance review with your Project Manager, we will clean up after ourselves and then leave you to enjoy your new, wonderful bathroom.
